ـ في التعديل ـ

إن شركة PIERRE FABRE DERMO--COSMETIQUE الـمسجلة بتاريخ 15/3/2001، تحت رقم 2155 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 15/7/2024، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4316/2024، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب «قرارات الرئيس» الصادرة في 26/1/2024:

1 ــ تصفية الـمكتب التمثيلي للشركة في لبنان وإغلاقه وشطبه من سجل الشركات الأجنبية لدى وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة، وبشكل عام من سجل أي مرجع مختص آخر في لبنان.

2 ــ تعيين الأستاذ جان بارودي (من مكتب بارودي للـمحاماة) مصفيا للـمكتب التمثيلي، مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة الوارد ذكرها في القرارات الـمشار إليها أعلاه.

وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلـم والخبر.
