إن شركة AMAZON INT'L., INC. الـمسجلة بتاريخ 4/5/2000، تحت رقم 2111 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات الـمساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)

قد صرحت بتاريخ 8/8/2024، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4929/2024، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب القرارات الخطية للـمديرة الوحيدة للشركة والـموقعة بتاريخ 10/6/2024، حل وتصفية وشطب وإقفال فرع الشركة في لبنان؛ كما تقرر تكليف وتعيين الـمحامين الأساتذة فيليب معلوف وزاهي سعادة وميريام يزبك، من مكتب معلوف، أبي يونس وطعمة للـمحاماة، كمصفين للفرع الـمذكور أعلاه ومنحهم، متحدين ومنفردين، كافة الصلاحيات اللازمة لإنجاز أعمال تصفية هذا الفرع.
