يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية على نفقة الـمؤسسين في مهلة اقصاها ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ صدوره وإلا اعتبر لاغيا، ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
