ان رئيس دائرة التحصيل في الـمصلحة الـمالية الإقليمية في محافظة جبل لبنان يدعو جميع الـمكلفين:

ــ بضريبة الأملاك الـمبنية غير الـملزمين قانونا بالتكليف الذاتي عن تكاليف سنة 2017.

الى تسديد ما يتوجب عليهم من ضرائب ورسوم وغرامات صادرة وغير مسددة لغاية تاريخه، وذلك خلال مهلة شهر من اليوم التالي لنشر هذا الاعلان في الجريدة الرسمية.

يعتبر هذا الاعلان، فيما يتعلق بكافة التكاليف الـمتعلقة بالـمكلفين الـمبنيين أعلاه والصادرة لغاية 31/12/2017، قاطعا لعامل مرور الزمن عملا بأحكام الفقرة السادسة من الـمادة 27 من قانون الاجراءات الضريبية وتعديلاتها.
