ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عينت السيدة زينه يوسف دنيا باعتبارها العضو الإختياري الأكبر سنا في بلدة غادير ــ قضاء كسروان، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد بشاره فيكتور عضيمي، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا الـمرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
