إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 53 تاريخ 19/5/2025

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر بتاريخ 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على القرار الظني الصادر عن قاضي التحقيق في البقاع برقم 34/2024 تاريخ 21/3/2024 بحق مختار زحلة حي كرك نوح السيد يوسف سليم قنبر.

بناء على احالـة محافـظ البقاع رقـم 802/4 تـاريـخ 4/4/2025،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الادارات والـمجالس الـمحلية،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

تكف يد مختار حي كرك نوح السيد يوسف سليم قنبر عن القيام بمهامه ريثما يصدر حكم نهائي من القضاء الـمختص، ولا يعود لـمزاولة مهامه الا اذا حكم ببراءته أو بعدم مسؤوليته.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
