تصحيح للقرار رقم 2365 المؤرخ في 12 اذار سنة 1924 مادة 12= يقرأ بدلا من "ان هذا القرار لا يشمل ما قبله, ان هذا القرار لا يشمل ما قبله في ما يختص بتطبيق احكام المواد 8 و9 و10
