تُعدل المادة الثانية من المرسوم رقم 2049 تاريخ 18/5/2015 بحيث تصبح كما يلي:
«تمتد فترة عمل المشروع اعتبارا من 1/1/2015 لغاية 31/12/2016 .»
بدلا من:
«تمتد فترة عمل المشروع على سنة واحدة إعتبارا من 1/1/2015»
