المادة 128
تبقى المدارس الزراعية خاضعة لاحكام المرسوم رقم 2380 صححت بموجب تصحيح وارد في الجريدة رقم 31 نيسان 1922 والملاك المحدد بموجبه, ويمكن لوزير الزراعة النقل من هذا الملاك الى الملاك الخاص بوزارة الزراعة وبالعكس , بعد موافقة مجلس الخدمة المدنية.
