اذا قضي بهذا التدبير بسبب عدم اهلية المستثمر اقتصرت مفاعليه عليه.
Art. 106: Si la dite mesure a ete prononcee a raison de l'incapacite de l'exploitant, ses effets seront restreints a ce dernier.
