مادة 12: عدلت الفقرة الاولى من المادة 118 من قانون العقوبات كما يلي: تطبق تدابير الاصلاح على القاصرين الذين تتراوح اعمارهم بين سبع سنين وخمس عشرة سنة وتقسم الى تدابير حماية وتدابير تأديب .
