المادة 196
الجرائم السياسية هي الجرائم المقصودة التي اقدم عليها الفاعل بدافع سياسي.
وهي كذلك الجرائم الواقعة على الحقوق السياسية العامة والفردية ما لم يكن الفاعل قد انقاد لدافع اناني دنيء.
Art. 196: Sont politiques toutes infractions intentionnelle dont l'auteur s'est determine par un mobile politique.
Sont egalement politiques toutes infraction dirigees contre les droits politiques de la communaute et des individus, a moins que l'agent n'ait obei a un mobile egoiste ou vil.
