المادة 284
اذا اقترفت الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذه النبذة لمصلحة دولة معادية شددت العقوبة وفاقا لاحكام المادة ال 257.
Art. 284: Lorsque les infractions prevues au present paragraphe auront ete commises dans l'interet d'un Etat ennemi, les peines seront aggravees conformement aux dispositions de l'article 257.
