المادة 300
(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 )
كل غش يقترف في الاحوال نفسها بشأن العقود المشار اليها في المادة السابقة يعاقب عليه بالاشغال الشاقة الموقتة وبغرامة تراوح يين ضعفي الربح غير المشروع الذي جناه المجرم وثلاثة اضعافه على ان لا تنقص عن مليون ليرة.

المادة 18- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 300 على النحو الآتي:
"على ان لا تنقص عن مليون ليرة" بدلا من "على ان لا تنقص عن 5000 ليرة".
