المادة 311
تشدد بمقتضى المادة 257 عقوبة من اقدم على ارتكاب احدى الجنايات المنصوص عليها في المادتين ال 309 و 310: اذا كان يحمل سلاحا ظاهرا او مخبأ, اذا كان يرتدي زيا او يحمل شعارا آخر مدنيين كانا او عسكريين, اذا اقدم على اعمال تخريب او تشويه في ابنية مخصصة بمصلحة عامة او في سبل المخابرات او المواصلات او النقل.
Art. 311: La peine de tout individu coupable d'un des crimes prevus aux articles 309 et 310 sera aggravee dans les termes de l'article 257: S'il etait porteur d'une arme apparente ou cachee;
S'il etait revetu d'un uniforme ou autre insigne civil ou militaire
S'il s'est rendu coupable d'actes de destruction ou de degradation portant sur des edifices affectes a un service public, ou sur des voies de transmission, de communication ou de transport.
