يعاقب بالاشغال الشاقة الموقتة على المؤامرة بقصد ارتكاب احدى الجنايات المذكورة في هذه النبذة.
Art. 313: Le complot ayant pour but l'un des crimes prevus au present paragraphe sera puni des travaux forces a temps.
