كل موظف عام او عامل او مستخدم في الدولة استخدم سلطته للتأثير في اقتراع احد اللبنانيين عوقب بالتجريد المدني,
Art. 332: Tout fonctionnaire public, tout agent ou prepose de l'Etat qui aura use de son autorite pour influencer le vote d'un citoyen sera puni de la degradation civiques.
