المادة 338
(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 )
تحل كل جمعية سرية وتصادر اموالها, ومن كان متوليا فيها وظيفة ادارية او تنفيذية عوقب بالحبس من ستة اشهر الى سنتين وبالغرامة من مئة الف الى مليون ليرة واما سائر الاعضاء فبنصف العقوبتين.

المادة 24- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 338 على النحو الاتي:
"وبالغرامة من مئة الف الى مليون ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة من 500 الى 5000 ليرة".
