المادة 349
يمكن الحكم بالمنع من الحقوق المدنية وبمنع الاقامة وبالطرد من البلاد وفاقا للمواد ال 65 و82 و88 في الجنح المنصوص عليها في الفصول 2 الى 5 من هذا الباب .
Art. 349: Dans le cas des delits prevus aux chapitres.
Il a V du present titre, L'interdiction des droits civiques, l'interdiction de sejour et l'expulsion pourront etre prononcees conformement aux dispositions des art. 65, 82 et 88.
