ان العقوبات الجنائية السياسية هي:

1- الاعتقال المؤبد,

2- الاعتقال الموقت ,

3- الابعاد,

4- الاقامة الجبرية,

5- التجريد المدني,

Art. 38: Les peines criminelles politiques sont:

1- La detention perpetuelle

2- La detention a temps

3- La bannissement

4- La residence forcee

5- La degradation civique
