كل دعوة الى المبارزة وان رفضت , عقوبتها الغرامة من خمسين الف الى اربعماية الف ليرة.

المادة 53- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 433 على النحو الآتي:
"الغرامة من خمسين الف الى اربعماية الف ليرة" بدلا من "الغرامة من مئتين وخمسين الى الفي ليرة".
