المادة 60

تتراوح مدة الحبس التكديري بين يوم وعشرة ايام وتنفذ بالمحكوم عليهم في اماكن مختلفة عن الاماكن المخصصة بالمحكوم عليهم بعقوبات جنائية او جناحية.
لا يجبر على العمل المحكوم عليهم بالتوقيف.
