المادة 685
(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 )
يعاقب بالحبس مع الشغل من ستة اشهر الى سنتين وبالغرامة من مليون الى ستة ملايين ليرة كل من توصل بالغش لرفع او تخفيض اسعار البضائع او الاسهم التجارية العامة او الخاصة المتداولة في البورصة ولا سيما, باعلان وقائع مختلفة او ادعاآت كاذبة, او بتقديم عروض للبيع او الشراء قصد بلبلة الاسعار.
او بالاقدام على اي عمل من شأنه افساد قاعدة العرض والطلب في السوق.

المادة 125- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 685 على النحو الآتي:
"وبالغرامة من مليون الى ستة ملايين ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة من خمسة الاف الى ثلاثين الف ليرة".
