المادة 136- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 728 على النحو الاتي:
"بالغرامة من خمسين الف الى خمسمائة الف ليرة" بدلا من "بالغرامة من مئتين وخمسين الى الفين وخمسمائة ليرة".

- تلغى المواد 137 حتى 180 ضمنا من القرار 2385 تاريخ 17 كانون الثاني 1924 (المعدل).
- وتلغى المواد 722 الى 729 ضمنا من قانون العقوبات.
