المادة 756
(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 ) (عدلت بموجب مرسوم إشتراعى 112/1983 )
يعاقب بالحبس حتى ثلاثة اشهر على الاكثر وبالغرامة من اربعين الف الى اربعمائة الف ليرة او باحدى هاتين العقوبتين من اهمل الاعتناء بالوجاقات ومداخن الافران والمعامل وغيرها من المحلات التي تستخدم فيها النار او اهمل تنظيفها وتصليحها.

مادة 48: تعدل العقوبة فقط بالمواد 753 الى 760 ضمنا وتستبدل بالحبس حتى ثلاثة اشهر على- الاكثر وبالغرامة من 200 الى 2000 ليرة او باحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

المادة 153- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 756 على النحو الاتي:
"وبالغرامة من اربعين الف الى اربعمائة الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة من 200 الى 2000 ليرة".
