المادة 760
(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 ) (عدلت بموجب مرسوم إشتراعى 112/1983 )
من عرض على الطريق العام بدون ترخيص يانصيبا او اي لعب آخر عوقب بالحبس حتى ثلاثة اشهر على الاكثر وبالغرامة من اربعين الف الى اربعمائة الف ليرة او باحدى هاتين العقوبتين., وتصادر الاشياء التي استخدمت لارتكاب الفعل او التي كانت معدة لارتكابه.

مادة 48: تعدل العقوبة فقط بالمواد 753 الى 760 ضمنا وتستبدل بالحبس حتى ثلاثة اشهر على- الاكثر وبالغرامة من 200 الى 2000 ليرة او باحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

المادة 157- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 760 على النحو الاتي:
"وبالغرامة من اربعين الف الى اربعمائة الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة من 200 الى 2000 ليرة".
