يعاقب بالتوقيف التكديري وبالغرامة من عشرة الاف الى عشرين الف ليرةكل شخص يقدم بدون داع على اساءة معاملة حيوان داجن او على ارهاقه.

المادة 158- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 762 على النحو الاتي:
"وبالغرامة من عشرة الاف الى عشرين الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة من خمسين الى مئة ليرة".
