يعاقب بالتوقيف التكديري وبالغرامة من ستة الاف الى عشرين الف ليرة من يستخرج من املاك الدولة بدون اذن عشبا او ترابا او حجارة او غيرها من المواد.

المادة 159- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 764 على النحو الآتي:
"وبالغرامة من ستة الاف الى عشرين الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة من ثلاثين الى مئة ليرة".
