من ابى قبول النقود الوطنية بالقيمة المحددة لها يعاقب بالغرامة من الف ليرة الى عشرة الاف ليرة.

المادة 162- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 767 على النحو الاتي:
"بالغرامة من الف ليرة الى عشرة الاف ليرة" بدلا من "بالغرامة من خمس ليرات الى خمسين ليرة".
