المادة 12
1- يحق للاجير العادي الذي امضى ثلاثماية يوم عمل فعلي في الخدمة ان يستفيد من اجازة ادارية باجر كامل مدتها 15 يوما, ويحق له الاستفادة بعد ذلك من اجازة نسبية باجر كامل عن كل سنة لاحقة لا يقل عدد ايام العمل الفعلي فيها عن 180 يوما.
2- يجوز ان تتراكم الاجازات الادارية لمدة اقصاها ثلاث سنوات.
