المادة 19
1- يمكن منح الاجير تعويضا عن الاعمال الاضافية اذا كلفه الوزير او المدير العام خطيا بأعمال من هذا النوع شرط ان يتم التكليف قبل المباشرة بالعمل, وان تبلغ ادارة التفتيش المركزي صورة عن التكليف وعن شروطه واسبابه الموجبة.
2- يحدد بدل التعويض عن كل ساعة اضافية بنفس البدل المحدد في الفقرة -1- من المادة (10) من هذا المرسوم.
3- يصرف هذا التعويض بقرار من المرجع الذي صدر عنه التكليف بناء على افادة من الرئيس المباشر او الذي تم العمل باشرافه, تثبت قيام الاجير فعلا بالاعمال الاضافية التي كلف بها. يجب ان تبين الافادة ماهية هذه الاعمال الاضافية, ونوعها, وكميتها, والمدة التي استغرقتها بالايام والساعات, وسوى ذلك من المعلومات المفيدة.
