عدِّلت الـمادة الرابعة من الـمرسوم رقم 1565 تاريخ 10/10/2017 لتصبح كالتالي:

تمتد فترة تنفيذ الـمشروع لغاية " 31/12/2023"

بدلا من:

تمتد فترة تنفيذ الـمشروع لغاية " 31/10/2019"

والباقي دون تعديل.
