تُعدل المادة الثالثة من المرسوم رقم 1710 تاريخ 24/10/2017 بحيث تصبح كما يلي:
"تمتد فترة تنفيذ المشروع لغاية 31/12/2018."
بدلا من:
تمتد فترة تنفيذ الهبة المذكورة في المادة الثانية من هذا المرسوم لمدة سنة واحدة اعتباراً من 1/1/2017".
