يعدل ترقيم كل من «الـمـادة الخامسة» و«الـمادة السادسة» من القرار الاساسي رقم 13100 تاريخ 3/9/2019 بحيث يصبح على التوالي «الـمادة السادسة» و«الـمادة السابعة».
