المادة 32
لا يجوز لأي شخص طبيعي أو معنوي، عام أو خاص، إنشاء وتشغيل منشأة لاسترداد و/أو لمعالجة النفايات الخطرة و/أو للتخلص النهائي منها دون الحصول على الترخيص البيئي وفقاً للنموذج الوارد في الملحق السابع من هذا المرسوم.
It is not allowed for any natural or legal person, public or private, to establish and operate a facility for the recovery and/or treatment of hazardous wastes and/ or their final disposal without obtaining an environmental license in accordance with the template included in Annex VII of this Decree.
