المادة 39

المادة 39 من مرسوم رقم 5606 تاريخ 11/09/2019. نشر في الجريدة الرسمية العدد 44 تاريخ 19/09/2019. لا إلغاء مسجل في مصادرنا.

لا يجوز التنازل للغير عن أي من التراخيص البيئية التالية:

ترخيص بيئي كناقل للنفايات الخطرة.

ترخيص بيئي لمنشأة تخزين النفايات الخطرة.

ترخيص بيئي لمنشأة استرداد و/أو معالجة و/أو التخلص النهائي من النفايات الخطرة.

It is not allowed to waiver to others any of the following environmental licenses:

Environmental license as a carrier of hazardous wastes

Environmental license as a hazardous wastes storage facility

Environmental license as a facilility of hazardous wastes recovery and/or treatment and/or final disposal.
