المادة 1

مادة 1: الغي المرسوم رقم 739 تاريخ 22/6/1983 القاضي باعتبار الاشغال العائدة لمشروع احداث حرم حول القصر الجمهوري في بعبدا من المنافع العامة (قضاء بعبدا).

مادة 2: ترفع اشارة الاستملاك عن العقارات واقسام العقارات الواقعة ضمن الحرم المذكور في المادة الاولى من هذا المرسوم.
