مادة 1: يقرأ في المادة الاولى من المرسوم رقم 8884 تاريخ 27/2/962 القاضي بافتتاح معاملات معرفة الحقوق المكتسبة على مياه جميع ينابيع شبعا المتضمنة النبعين الرئيسيين عين الجوزه ونبع المغارة قضاء مرجعيون (محافظة لبنان الجنوبي) ما يلي: قضاء حاصبيا بدلا من قضاء مرجعيون

مادة 2: تجري المعاملات الملحوظة في المادة السابقة وفقا لاحكام المادتين 23 و24 من القرار رقم 320 تاريخ 26 ايار 1926.

مادة 3: ينشر ويبلغ هذا المرسوم حيث تدعو الحاجة.
