المادة 1

مادة 1: تعدل المادة 19 من المرسوم رقم 2873 تاريخ 16/12/59 كما يلي: يعطى موظفو الامن العام الذين يرتدون الالبسة المدنية بحكم وظائفهم ما عدا المفوضين, تعويض البسة سنويا تحدد قيمته كما يلي: للمفتشين 950 ل. ل. للمأمورين 650 ل. ل.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل بأحكامه اعتبارا من اليوم الاول من الشهر الذي يلي تاريخ نشره.
