المادة 1

خلافا لاحكام المادة الاولى من المرسوم رقم 5126 تاريخ 25/7/66 تطبق احكام المرسوم رقم 16692 تاريخ 19/6/964 على الاذاعة اللبنانية في- عمشيت وذلك اعتبارا من تاريخ اول كانون الثاني سنة 1974

المادة 2

تطبق احكام المرسوم رقم 10452 تاريخ 3/7/968 الذي يحدد تكاليف تنفيذ وصلات المشتركين على شبكات التوتر الواطي والمتوسط وشروط تنفيذها في نطاق امتياز كهرباء جبيل.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
