مادة 1: يضاف الى عدد الثاقبين وواضعي الرموز المحدد في الجدول رقم 1 الملحق بالمرسوم رقم 2756 تاريخ 2 تشرين الاول 965 وبالمعدل بموجب المرسوم رقم 3953 تاريخ 2/3/1966 اربعة وظائف بحيث يصبح عددهم الاجمالي 10 (عشرة).
