المادة 1

مادة 1: صدق التخطيط التفصيلي المبين باللون الاصفر والبراح التابع له المبين باللون الاخضر على الخريطة المرفقة بهذا المرسوم (1), الموضوعة بقمياس 1000/1 , وذلك في مناطق بيت مري - برمانا - بعبدات - ضهر الصوان - المسقى والغابة (قضاء المتن).

المادة 2

مادة 2: الغي كل تخطيط سابق مخالف للتخطيط المشار اليه في المادة الاولى من هذا المرسوم.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
