المادة 1

مادة 1: تبطل احكام المرسوم رقم 7824 تاريخ 12 اذار سنة 1952 فيما خص بلدية الغينه- جورة الترمس .

المادة 2

مادة 2: صدقت الاتفاقيتان المعقودتان بين مصرف سوريا ولبنان وبين بلديتي الغينه وجورة الترمس المتعلقتان بفتح اعتمادات للبلديتين المذكورتين بكفالة الحكومة محددة كما يلي: اسم البلدية ليرة لبنانية ـــــــــــ ــــــــــــ الغينه 7500 جورة الترمس 7500

مادة 3: ينشر ويبلغ هذا المرسوم حيث تدعو الحاجة.
