بناء على الدستور اللبناني

وبناء على اقتراح وزير الاقتصاد الوطني

يرسم ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: ينشأ في وزارة الدفاع الوطني صندوق خاص بدعى "صندوق تعاون الافراد المدنيين في الجيش" غايته مد يد المساعدة الى اعضائه المشتركين وافراد عائلاتهم, وفقا للنظام الملحق بهذا المرسوم.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر ويبلغ هذا المرسوم حيث تدعو الحاجة.

بيروت في 5 نيسان سنة 1950 الامضاء: بشاره خليل الخوري صدر عن رئيس الجمهورية نظر رئيس مجلس الوزراء بالوكالة الامضاء: جبران نحاس وزير المالية الامضاء: حسين العويني وزير الدفاع الوطني الامضاء: مجيد ارسلان
