المادة 9
اذا تغيب عضو من اعضاء اللجنة عن حضور الاجتماعات ثلاث مرات متوالية بدون عذر مشروع امكن وزير الزراعة ان يعتبره مستقيلا بعد ان يدعوه لابداء اعذاره.
