مادة 1: يعطى رؤساء مراكز الهاتف والمناظرون وموزعو المخابرات في المديرية العامة للبرق والهاتف اجازة تعويضية توازي الفرق بين دوامهم الخاص ودوام سائر الموظفين الادارين عن كل سبت يعلمون فيه.

مادة 2: ينشر ويبلغ هذا المرسوم حيث تدعو الحاجة.
