مادة 1: تحال على المجلس العدلي قضايا الاعتداء على امن الدولة الداخلي التي حصلت ليل 9/10 نيسان 1958 في منطقتي البقاع وجبل لبنان وما تفرع وما يتفرع عنها.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يكلف السيد فؤاد بولس القيام بوظيفة محقق عدلي للتحقيق في القضايا المذكورة اعلاه.
