المواد

المادة 1

تعيين المواد التي لا تعتبر من الكماليات والتي لا يسري عليها حصر التمثيل التجاري

تعتبر من غير الكماليات : - المواد الغذائية للاستهلاك البشري والحيواني, بجميع اسمائها وانواعها واصنافها. - مواد التنظيف ومساحيق الغسيل.

المادة 2

لا يسري بند حصر التمثيل التجاري بالنسبة للمواد المستثناة من الكماليات في المادة الاولى اعلاه على الاشخاص الثالثين.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
