المادة 1

مادة 1: يعدل الحد الاقصى للكسب الخاضع للحسومات بالنسبة لفرع ضمان المرض والامومة, المنصوص عليه في المادة 68 (الفقرة2) من قانون الضمان الاجتماعي, بحيث يصبح ضعفي الحد الادنى الرسمي للرواتب والاجور.

مادة 2: تعرض وزارة العمل هذا الموضوع على مجلس الوزراء.
