مادة 1: تخضع بلدية الغازية- قضاء صيدا- لسلطة مراقب عام ولرقابة ديوان المحاسبة ولاحكام قانون المحاسبة العمومية المنفذ بالمرسوم رقم 14969 تاريخ 30/12/63 وتعديلاته.
